Linda Fredericks
Approximately 80% of Linda's business comes from past clients and referrals, a true mark of unmatched quality service. That dedication to service has helped make Linda and her team one of the top real estate operations in the Baton Rouge Market and the country. Linda was inducted into the RE/MAX "Hall of Fame", a career award for successfully serving hundreds of families just since she joined RE/MAX. She obtained credentials galore. She is an Accredited Relocation Counselor (ARC), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). In addition, as an industry leader, she was the first real estate agent in the Baton Rouge Market Area to earn her Accredited Buyer Representative designation in early 1994.
Her previous career as secretary for a real estate appraiser helped Linda gain extensive knowledge of the real estate market especially in determining "Market Value". As time went on, Linda realized the importance of technology in the industry and here too she was a leader. Today Linda and her Team are technologically savvy, but also maintain the "hands-on" approach to the business. Linda has been selected to co-author a book, being released soon, "How To Make Your REALTOR(TM) Get You the Best Deal...Louisiana Edition". Linda feels this is another way to share, inform and communicate important facts and data to people.
Linda has been extremely active in the community, both professionally and personally. She is a past president of her neighborhood civic association, and has served on the board of directors of both local and state REALTOR(TM) associations. She has participated as chair person, co-chair and/or member of practically all local board committees over the past years of service. In addition, Linda and her family have remained active since 1987 in the National Derby Rallies (NDR), a nationally sanction association for soap box derby racing. As a person dedicated to "family", this association promotes children and their families learning, sharing, competing, bonding, and much more. She has been a sponsor for individual soap box derby cars as well as the NDR association for years. Her husband has built numerous cars for children to race across the country nationally.
While awards, professional designations, and continuing to learn are terrific, our satisfaction really comes from helping people", Linda said. "Our main job is to communicate effectively with our clients and make sure they understand every aspect of the real estate transaction. My Team prides itself in providing our clients data and information to enable them to make smart decisions. After all, this is probably the most expensive purchase they will make in their lifetime".
